• Due to the tracking number being provided to all customers upon shipping... We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses given by the customer and/or unclaimed/refused packages.

• Merchandise must be unworn & unwashed.
• We will not accept any items that have been damaged, worn or soiled by the customer.
• All tags must be still attached including  any handtags that were attached.
